English Speaking Jobs R.D. operates englishspeakingjobsdr.com. This page explains what we collect when you apply for a job or book an interview, and how that information is used.
The application form asks for:
We use this information to review your application, contact you, and schedule an interview. A second application from the same person may be declined if one was submitted in the previous three months.
Your application and a confirmed interview are stored in our recruiting records so our hiring team can see them.
After you apply, you may choose an interview time. We use one company Google account to check whether that time is free on the company calendar and to create the interview. You are not asked to sign in with Google, and we do not read your personal calendar.
The event is created on the company calendar. It can include your name, email address, phone number, the position, and a Google Meet link. Google may send a calendar invitation to the email address you entered.
The Google permissions used for this are calendar.events and calendar.events.freebusy. Data from those permissions is used only to schedule interviews. It is not sold, not used for advertising, and not used to train models.
The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to block automated submissions. Cloudflare receives the result of that check and the IP address of the request.
A short-lived cookie keeps your interview booking open for about one hour after you submit the form. It is used only for that booking. It is not used for advertising.
The public site uses Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and a Facebook pixel to measure visits.
Hiring staff can see your application and interview. Google receives the calendar event and may email you an invitation. Cloudflare receives the security check. The measurement tools above receive visit data. We do not sell personal information.
